Phase I/IIb

Phases I/IIb are performed at the Clinical Investigational Center in Dijon (CIC). The CIC is organized through the university hospital and anticancer center (Georges-François Leclerc Center – CGFL) in Dijon. The CIC is dedicated to oncology and healthy volunteer studies.
Oncodesign has a formal collaboration with the CIC to facilitate the translational research of therapeutics from preclinical to clinical and back including the PK/PD relationship studies performed at Oncodesign.

Pr. Pierre Fumoleau is the Director of the CIC and head of Medical Oncology & Translational Research Departments. EORTC Secretary General and Chairman of their “New Drug Development Task Force”, Pr. Fumoleau has 25 years of experience evaluating cytotoxic agents and targeted therapeutics. Oncodesign can involve Pr. Fumoleau, as clinical expert, in preclinical projects in order to better prepare the clinical phases and improve the passage to the clinic.
