• Development of immunohistological labeling on tissue slices (ki67, hypoxia, ferritin)
• Apoptosis detection (TUNEL, in vivo BrdU injection)
• Blood vessel labeling (CD31)
• Functional histology: FITC-dextran, Hoechst
• Histological analysis of tissues
• Acquisition and photo analysis

Aim of these experiments in drug development

• Study of the tolerance of healthy tissues to drugs
• Study of the activity of drugs on tumor histology
• Verification of the presence of targets or markers expressed by tumor cells
