In order to conduct a proof-of-concept study to evaluate the potential of an anticancer therapy, it is critical that the compound be well administered to animals.

Following the screening process, we subsequently evaluate the activity of the compound in more clinically-relevant tumor models.

- Nude rat xenograft models
