order to conduct a proof-of-concept study to evaluate the potential of
an anticancer therapy, it is critical that the compound be well
administered to animals.
The required process is based on the following:
Preclinical formulation
Dose determination
Route & schedule of administration
Antitumor activity
In vivo pharmacology
Following the screening process, we subsequently evaluate the activity of the compound in more clinically-relevant tumor models.
